SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

KIDS KENPO-KARATE

ADULT/TEEN KENPO-KARATE

ADULT/TEEN KENPO-KARATE

This class is designed for beginner martial arts students ages 5-12 and will focus on foundational skills along with strength and conditioning.


  • Tuesday 5pm-6pm
  • Wednesday 4pm-5pm
  • Thursday 5pm-6pm

ADULT/TEEN KENPO-KARATE

This class is designed for beginning adults/teens and will help to build a solid foundation through drilling basics, learning proper technique as well as strength and conditioning exercises.


  • Tuesday 7pm-8pm
  • Wednesday 6pm-7pm
  • Thursday 7pm-8pm

KIDS HOMESCHOOL CLASSES

ADULT/TEEN KENPO-KARATE

This class is designed to accommodate daytime availability for our homeschool families.  Open to all levels, ages 5+.  Contact the studio for special program information and ESA availability.

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

Muay Thai is highly effective sport fighting system. These classes will build basic foundations of striking, kicking, footwork as well as defensive skills and progress to sparring technique and more.  


  • KIDS: Saturday 11am-Noon
  • ADULT/TEEN: Saturday 1pm-2pm

TAI CHI

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is a low impact; slower paced Martial Arts style.  Great for relaxation, breathing, strength, and flexibility. 


  • Tuesday 12pm-1pm
  • Thursday 12pm-1pm
